My Foxy Art

High-Level Project Summary

A newly developed web application, through Machine Learning techniques, receives a text input from the user and matches the input with NASAs APIs in order to find a determined photograph of space, to which an artistic treatment is applied and synthesized along the picture, extending a unique, never seen before picture.

Hackathon Journey

There are some words that could describe the entire experience of participating in SpaceApps Challenge: stress, wonders, astonishment, challenging. Almost fourty hours of non-stop hardwork from each member of the team resulted not only into a solved challenge, but also into an unforgettable experience. SpaceApps, even though it happens every year, each experience is unrepeatable, allowing members to develop techincal and creative skills, as well as soft skills such as team work under pressure.

FoxCoding is thankful to NASA for giving people all around the globe the opportunity to explore our skills and capabilities with the organization of this event which, in our case, has given us as a team the opportunity to participate for four consecutive years by now.
