High-Level Project Summary
Our project, which we have dubbed "Space Canon," is a web application that was developed with the intention of bridging the gap between art and space via the use of AI generated art. Users of Space Canon are able to transport themselves into a realm of imagination and creation with only a few words and the push of a button thanks to the software's intuitive interface. We addressed the challenge objectives in our project because we used AI to match user input to existing imagery. We find its importance rooted in the fact that it allows users to exercise their creativity and blend a scientific field with an artistic one.

Detailed Project Description
Our system lets you use descriptive keywords, and the backend gets queries based on those keywords to make AI-generated artwork. The artwork is created in the backend with the assistance of the “Stable Diffusion” API and sent out to the client. Our mission is to develop a user interface that inspires people to be creative when choosing their own phrases.

NASA Image and Video Library was used by our team in order to gather photographs to incorporation in our application.
Hackathon Journey
Space Apps has been a great learning experience for us as it encouraged teamwork and communication while fostering originality in the pursuit of a common goal: the creation of useful and new applications. Our team decided to take on this task since we are all creative people who are interested in exploring the possibilities presented by AI in the realm of visual expression. Our plan for this project's execution was to use NASA photos annotated with relevant keywords to produce works of art. Throughout this project, we allocated each team member to perform certain responsibilities. Whenever we met setbacks and problems, we spoke with our other teammates to seek aid and worked together to address the situation. We owe a debt of gratitude to Ping Wang, who oversaw the Knoxville gathering and supplied us with several useful tools for our endeavor.
