High-Level Project Summary

We made a video quickly explaining how climate change works and commenting on the consequences of climate change using as an example how the consequences of this problem impacted the cultivation of vines and commented on ideas from researchers and farmers to improve the situation. This is important to suggest people ways to deal with these problems now.

Detailed Project Description

We specifically talked about how the temperature changes are so hot that as the grapes are needed warmer they are already trending cooler as the region is already changing to stay longer than usual.

With the video we aimed to inform people in more detail about the subject and in a way help them or give advice to those who are in a specific situation, we hope to be something very explanatory and that anyone can understand. We used www.renderforest.com to make the video and www.canva.com to make the slides.

Hackathon Journey

At first we were a little scared as it seems to be something very difficult, but throughout the project, talking to the mentors, in addition to seeing the project taking shape, we learned to have more confidence in the result of our work and trust in our ability to carry it out. We chose this challenge because we think it is important seeing that it is something that directly affects our lives, but even so, we do not give it due importance, thus calling our attention to seek to know more about the topic. To solve it, we researched how it works and examples close to us, then we thought about how we would present the content. When we had any doubts, we looked for mentors and talked among ourselves, not to mention some breaks we took when we saw that we were too stressed.
