High-Level Project Summary
Our proposal is to use the livestock-forestry consortium (silviculture) which is a sustainable production strategy that integrates forestry and livestock activities in the same area.Substantially increasing the capture of carbon dioxide from the environment by the planted trees and allowing the producer to have more than one source of income in addition to having a return (gain) at different times.It is easy to execute, has a considerable return at different time intervals, positively impacting producers through profitability and the world population through the capture of carbon dioxide.

Detailed Project Description
The use of forestry for carbon dioxide sequestration.
Hi ! We are the Deagro team and we aim to improve the earth's climate. For that we bring a solution
sustainable and profitable for carbon dioxide sequestration of the environment.
We know that carbon dioxide is the villain of our times.
Our proposal is the return of the use of techniques sustainable agricultural crops that were in short supply after the Green Revolution, where man aimed only at profit and quantity, leaving aside the environment and the future of the planet.
The use of the livestock-forest consortium (forestry) which is a sustainable strategy for production that integrates forestry and livestock in the same area.
Forest-livestock integration (silviculture) has main objective is to optimize land use.
And its benefits are:
- Increase productivity and product quality;
- Conserve and improve the productive characteristics of the ground;
- Intensify the cycling of nutrients in the soil;
- Improve animal welfare (thermal comfort) and sustainability of agriculture;
- Maintain biodiversity;
- Generate jobs;
- Optimize the use of machinery;
- Substantially increase gas capture carbon dioxide from the environment by planted trees and,
- Allow the producer to have more than one source of income in addition to having a return (gain) in times
many different.
Thus making our proposal of great value, for being easy to execute, considerable returns at different time intervals, as positively impacting not only producers for profitability, but the world population in with the capture of carbon dioxide.

This information was extremely useful for the elaboration of the project, which at first was just the forest-livestock consortium and turned into its use for carbon dioxide sequestration.
Hackathon Journey
Our experience with space apps was of great value, as it showed us new fields of action still unexplored in our area of expertise.
We learn that every day the need to care for and improve the environment in which we live grows.
Our inspiration in choosing the project was mainly to help not only the planet's climate, but also the final producer, who in addition to contributing to improvements, earns high profits in a short time.
