High-Level Project Summary
With our idea we pretend everyone can contribute to prevent climate change and protect the environment. We can do this through an intelligent use of the vast majority of public squares, parks, etc. Our project is inspired by the model of bicycles that generate energy through a mechanism similar to the one used in wind turbines. We seek to adapt the system and implement it in the different games and attractions anyone may find in squares, such as: swings, seesaw, merry-go-rounds, etc.We acknowledge that this shall not solve the problem of fossil fuel burning, but we are confident that we may help reduce the impact of the damage that such fuel provokes to the environment. What it does exactly is show that together we can help climate change and therefore the world, it also provides a game to learn although we recognize that what has been done there over time is something basic, it also provides a great idea of what that can be done in all public places so that everyone has access
