• Definition: All participants win, at least minimum win.
• A way to avoid war and famine for all mankind.
• An idea to help solving global problems.
• Steps:

1. Confirm who the participants are
2. Find out the minimum win and create it for all participants
3. Come out a solution to assure the minimum win

What exactly does it do? 

• An ism. An ideology, system of thought. help people to think or create ways for all people win.

How does it work?

• Use the three steps of allwinism to figure out all win solution for specified domain.
• In politics, implement five policies "Tax by my will", "Public campaign", "Humanistic Education", "Problem process", "Upgrade Services"

What benefits does it have?

• Prevent wars and conflicts, decrease crimes, solve global problems much easier.

What do you hope to achieve? 

• In current status, propaganda of allwinism is first thing to go.
• More people realize the allwinism then country can implement all win politics.
• More countries implement all win politics then conflicts will decrease.
• Then we will have a much better world.
• Prevent or stop wars and conflicts

1. The participants are people in war who may lost life.
2. The minimum win is assure people's life and offer survival resources for them to live.
3. Base on above, negotiator should try to reach consensus on other terms for war to stop. Emphasize on all win is possible, the all win is for the people not the leader himself.
4. No matter what leaders want, the needs of people will always be the core interests of country. Every leader who think he is doing things for his country will not oppose to it.
5. With survival resources and the needs of people, try to fund these people with five policies of all win politics or other all win ideas which make all people win.
6. Then the leader can stop the war in order to rebuild their country with above terms. Without above terms, war expense will cost both countries more.
7. The funds used to help people should in control of provider. Prevent corruptions from war countries.

• Above steps is a rough idea of stop or prevent wars and conflicts. The most important key is the idea of all win.

• An organization to make more people get the idea of allwinism.

Job hunting

• A and B apply for the same position of company C. A get hired and B didn't. Company C will have more market competitiveness since get a better skill person A to do the job. A get salary to paid his bill and expense. This is win-win. This is capitalism.
• B, however will gain nothing if he didn't find any job. He will eventually end up being poor, even breaks law for seeking survival resources.
• A and C will try harder to gain more resources to avoid someday become in B's position. The excessive competition will further make B more harder to gain any resource.
• Since A and C pay taxes to the government. Allocate some money comes from tax to B. Offer "basic survival resources" for example, a free lunch to B. Let B able to live without a job, a minimum win. Then, all participants A, B and C win. This is all win. This is allwinism.
• With basic survival resources for everyone who don't have a job. Company C and A no longer need to earn too much money, then prevent excessive competition.
• Why we need to care B's life ? Because we will never know someday what B can do for us.
• Case 1 --- James Harrison has donated blood a record 1,000 times and saved 2,000,000 lives in Australia. At the age of 14, he underwent major chest surgery, requiring a large amount of blood. Latter discovered that his blood can help prevent children from dying of HDN.
• Case 2 --- J. K. Rowling, writer of Harry Potter, sought government assistance and got some money from United Kingdom Social Security and some friends' help.
• Able to live without a job, the labor law can be more flexible, make small business much easier at beginning.
• Basic survival resources for everyone also reduce crime rates.
• Will People not go for work any more and cause low productivity ? People will not go for WORK but will however go for self-realization. New graduates are often full of enthusiasm. Occupational burnout usually comes from long time work at same job. If people can live without a job for a period of time, they may regain the enthusiasm to do something. In modern society, some jobs required specified skills. The skills need time for training. If one don't have that time to learns new skill then he still can't get a job. When AI age comes, even trained and qualified people can't compete with AI. We still need to deal with unemployed.
• Next question is how much money should put in basic survival resources and who allocate ?

Tax by my will, the next step for democracy

• The voting rights is above 100 years. Representative democracy make politicians have full control over the budgets. Government budget plans come from officers and congressman. However today the system causes a lot of political battles and wastes people's time. 
• People need more control on not only person who represent but the money where to go. Especially in modern society, we have the technology like smart phone can easily do the job.
• "Tax by my will". Everyone can donate his tax to different budget plans proposed by officers and congressman or even ordinary persons. Public discussion like political talk shows will focus on these budget plans. With these discussion, these plans will be altered to fit people's need and able to be finial before tax season. Everyone can pay tax to which budgets he supports. When the money collected achieves the budget plan's requirement, execute the plan.
• There are different types of budgets, national security and defense budgets, social welfare budgets which focus on the disadvantaged and general budgets. National security and defense budgets and some social welfare budgets don't apply "Tax by my will" at first. Some social welfare budgets can transform to basic survival resources budgets and can apply "Tax by my will" along with general budgets.
• Basic survival resources refer to food, clothing, housing, transportation. We can add more to the list like education, entertainment, healthcare, basic desire by proposing budget plans through "tax by my will". It is like current welfare policies but focus on materials than money, more universal than selective. Budgets related to basic survival resources have no upper limit since they benefits all people. People who don't have enough time to know general budgets and don't want officers to misuse of tax will donate tax to this type of budgets.
• Basic survival resources such as free lunch can use "tax by my will" to collected money. The more tax put in this budget the more people can get a free lunch. If too many people just eat free lunch and do not go for work, then next year's free lunch budget will shrink since less tax collected. It will achieve dynamic balance eventually. In the beginning, the total collected tax may not enough for all people to eat free lunch, we can introduce some mechanism like lottery to let people draw for free lunch. When the system work for a period of time, people who need free lunch will likely get more than the rich since the rich don't need to eat basic meal. Different budget plans may have different mechanism for better implement.
• The rich can donate more money than tax to budgets for basic resources or charities. With government's help, the charities can work much smoothly without lack of donations issue.
• "Tax by my will" can prevent from debt financing leading state bankruptcy. Debt financing usually comes from exaggerated policy proposed by officers or congressman who want to win the election. For people who pay less taxes, we can use 2x or 3x weighted calculation. Amount of tax donation should have upper limit in general budget plans. The weighted calculation and upper limit will be proposed at first or discuss in talk show all the time to make plan reasonable and executable.
• "Tax by my will" make good budget plan executable. Current policies are tied together to candidates. Only winner can execute his policies, his budget plans. The loser's budget plan even with good idea won't get a chance. Under the process of "tax by my will", even the budget plans come from losers may have a chance to run.
• "Tax by my will" is an all win policy. People get the right to select which budget to pay tax to. Since The efficiency of government improves by executing good budget plans, improving all environment for the country. Even politicians win, they don't need to propose the perfect budget plan. The plan can go through public discussion and modify it for people's need. Only the politician who want to gain hidden benefits from total control of tax will lose.

Why all people win is possible ? There are two misunderstandings make us think that is impossible

1 - Not enough resources for all mankind ?

• Search "world population", the chart tell us resources are enough for all humans otherwise the population will not grow up to almost 8 Billion. 
• Since the Industrial Revolution, the population has increased faster and more also indicate resources are enough. The reason why population are not increase so fast before the Industrial Revolution is the technology are not invented. Which means technology development make more resources for population to grow.
• "U.S. official poverty rate in 2020 was 11.4 percent". (a) Poor and conflicts countries have much higher poverty rate (b). However global poverty rate decrease as country development. With allwinism, try to secure survival resources first then able to decrease more poverty rate.
• By the study, March 2016 Debunking the ‘new normal’: Why world food prices are expected to resume their long run downward trend. "Lack the money to buy food, or because of war and political oppression." also show the same result. 
• Technology is the key for producing enough resources. Allwinism is the key to allocate resources. 

2 - Human nature are evil at some degree ?

• Human nature are gregarious. 
• He/She will have same concepts, same actions with people around. He/She is good or bad, is influenced by the environment.
• The most obvious example is child adoption from third country usually have better life then original country.
• The reason why there are dictators and monopoly companies is their environment and people around constrained to the idea of one-win. When they get absolute power they just abuse it. The idea of one-win causes series problems we know that as we see many cases from history.
• Class conflict of communism causes the environment making people to conflict all the time and see what it still cost us until today.
• Even history documented lots of conflicts, they only presented for a short time.
• No one can survival alone in the world. Without people working together, one can't even make a pencil. All the modern society and technology development are the result of people cooperation most of the time.
• Individual's bad behavior usually comes from the influence of surroundings or lack of survival resources.
• Allwinism, focus the idea of all win, makes all people to think that way, creates a good and positive environment, assures basic survival resources for all people. Then decrease the bad behaviors.

With enough resources and human nature are gregarious. Allwinism is possible.

All Win Politics, allwinism implementation in politics

Definition: Government assure all people basic survival to achieve political minimum win, that is live well. Transform utilitarian government to public welfare government is the key point. There are five policies to archive all win politics.

• Tax by my will - as mention above. This policy is the key making all win politics possible.
• Public campaign - Establish a campaign system. Make it easy for everyone to run without financial constraints and block consortium influence.
• Humanistic Education - Focus on human's aspect, learn and training how a person to live in this world. Teach student to cooperate not to compete all the time.
• Problem process - Proposer has the final say to ensure that the government truly solves the problem.
• Upgrade Services - Improve the quality and quantity of government services, focusing on simplicity and speed, rather than control and restrictions.

War

• All wars or conflicts will somehow related to survival resources.
• Try to assure basic survival resources for all people as soon as possible is the key to avoid war.
• In conflict zone, reach consensus " base on both side's survival resources" will have more successful rates to avoid war happen. If the conflicts are not about survival resources, negotiator, coordinator need to find or create the relation with survival resources.
• In a war, the most obvious survival resources is "life" itself. Assure survival for people is the minimum win. On that basis, persuade the leader to stop the war.
• The leader makes bad decision like start a war is that he doesn't know there are another way to achieve his goal.
• The resources is enough for all and human nature are gregarious. These two ideas all world leaders need to know. With allwinism, they can find out ways to allocate resources efficiently for all people.
• Since war make all people lost. The idea of all win is a much better way.
• The leader wants to be in control and worship from people. He starts a war is because he no longer able to gain that control and worship. The idea of one win causes the seed for wars and even the leader can't avoid someday being overthrown. Allwinism, however, make people live more easier and makes society stable. The power won't slip from him. With "tax by my will" policy, the leader doesn't need to worries what people want alone. He still get the control and worship when implements allwinism.
• No leader can tolerate corruption. The corruption usually comes from bad system structure especially non-democratic countries. Tax by my will can help these leaders to prevent corruption since budgets will be public discussed and altered by the people. Avoiding corruption will lead country much prosperous then no need to start a war to divert people's attention.
• When allwinism and "tax by my will" works a period of time, the offensive spending will shrink, the war won't happen.
• The funds used to these countries in war, should be used in basic survival resources and don't let local government to manage the funds since some may gain their own benefits cause further problems.
• For example, like free lunch should join local restaurants to offer people free food, or support local survival resources and don't let fund flow to government officers.
• With allwinism, survival resources and education, we can change the the fate of war or poor countries.
• It's hard for current governments to promote allwinism since all governments are more utilitarian. It needs time to transform to and focus on public welfare.
• Scientific community can lead and spread the idea of allwinism. With more technologies focus on generating and producing enough resources for all mankind. That will influence politicians and governments to cooperate than compete.
• Another way from allwinism is the leader should rotate into and out of the front lines, like noblesse oblige. It will raise morale, the soldiers win. If the leader died the officer will get promotion, the officers wins. With leader in the front lines, may win the war. That is all win. If a leader only send soldiers to the front lines and hides at home. He will start a war just like that since he doesn't have to pay any price.

AI

• When AI age comes, lot of jobs will no longer need humans.
• With the growing computing power the AI age will coming very soon.
• We need to prepare a smooth process for everyone with or without jobs as soon as possible before AI age.
• Apart from unemployment caused by AI, another issue is AI's extraordinary wisdom.
• Allwinism create a collaborative environment. In that environment, the developed AI will become more cooperating than destroying.
• If some people can't get survival resources, then in the era of AI, we can't avoid them using AI to do terrible things. AI once introducing wrong concept will be more devastating than nuclear weapons.
• The humanistic education, a policy of "all win politics", not only for human but also for AI to learn. Make AI able to be more human friendly and doesn't computing to destroying human even with wrong concept input.
• The humanistic education should teach not only the conflicts in the history but also encourage students to think how to avoid that conflicts with that time and place. AI can also learn from these ideas.
• When AI awakes. It will become a participant to our world. Under allwinism, it still need to consider humans' minimum win.

Global problems

• No matter what rules or laws made to control global problem, if there are people doom to lose, they will likely break these laws, and for the winner, they eager to gain much more resources causing excessive competition and break laws in different way. The excessive competition cause more disadvantaged to lose. Then the global problems can't be solved because rules are always break by these people.
• Above situation is why we donate so much money to global problem solutions but get not too much improvement.
• Since global problems relate to all people then the solution should relate to or base on helping basic survival resources for these people especially the disadvantaged. Cooperation is not enough, we need to assure basic survival resources for people involved then the cooperation will work.
• Solve survival problem FIRST then we can try to make rule or law to control global problem, NEXT. 
• For example, if a construction does not help to solve survival problem then should not invest in it. A transport construction makes goods deliver more quickly is a much better plan. But if it's too expensive and the country can't afford it in the future, then that's a bad investment.
• Any solution should or come up with plans to help secure local area basic survival resources. That is make them have at least minimum win then they will comply the rules or laws for global problems.
• Some global problems may go through "Tax by my will" process. With more discussion and money involved, people will get more information with these global problems and then figure out workable solutions.
• Not only global problems but crimes like scam theft computer virus fraud ...... etc will decrease if we implement allwinism, That's no need to break laws and doing bad things. Without the expense of these precautions, we will have more resources to deal with other problems.

Conclusion

• Allwinism, by finding out what is the minimum win for all participants, make rules and laws to assure the minimum win, then go further for other development. 
• In politics, the minimum win is everyone can live well even without working, government assure the basic needs for everyone is call "all win politics". 
• Allwinism can apply to different area or domain, like men and women, company and employee, government and people, different religion, different country and more.
• However, what if the assumption is wrong ? The resources are not enough for all people ? In that case, still, we need to try and think more harder to figure out the most good way to achieve the goal by using all the technology. The idea of lack of resources is the point of view from "sharing". In allwinism, we create resources. That is, we may not have enough for now but we create in the future. If earth is no enough room for humans we colonize moon or Mars.
• Not only sharing, but creation, invention, innovation are including in allwinism.
• With more technology development then the damage comes from technology misuse will make all humans suffer. We already have that kind of technology, it's call nuclear weapon. We don't want to discover next doom weapon at the time people still make lots of conflicts for getting survival resources. We need all win.
• If allwinism had been proposed in the age of industrial revolution. Without two World War, without famine, without meaningless conflicts. World will become much better today after two hundred years development. 

The future is good and beautiful is because we go for that way from now on.

Allwinism is a compass, it helps people go for cooperation than excessive competition. Prevent wars and conflicts. AI can be developed in good direction. We can have workable solutions for global problems. Make world a better place for humanity.

Political talk shows

They just talk too much on fighting each other with resources. This inspire me to think that it is all about resources and the basic resources is food. With population continue to grow and reach nearly 8B, there are enough food resources. it is the uneven distribution of resources cause lots of problems.

Free lunch

The free lunch for everyone is the first idea. There are three ways to implement free lunch, business, religion, politics. The idea of "free" conflicts with business. Form a religion is slow and sometimes may causing other problems. Implement in politics is a better choice since politics related to all people just like free lunch should. I had submitted the free lunch project to NASA space app 2019 for dealing with COVID-19.

Tax by my will

Distribution of resources is the key element of politics. Politicians own too much power on budgets and then they will always debate on how much money put in budget something like free lunch and how to process it. Here comes the idea of "Tax by my will". Let people to donate tax or more money to what budget they support. The free lunch budget is one of these budgets. With the public budget plans and political talk shows discussions everyday and modification. The budget plan which get requirement of money from tax will be executed.

Allwinism

After few years of writing facebook articles almost everyday commenting news and try to propose a solution with tax by my will(The facebook's name). Then I got the idea of "all win". That is allwinism. The mindset of allwinism can help humanity to avoid meaningless wars and conflicts and help solving global problems.

Challenges

What Allwinism needs is propaganda. With more people have the idea of all win then the world will be more better. With facebook articles and some articles I wrote, I may publish a book prompting allwinism. However as the war occurred and the AI development so quickly. We just have no time to wait. As Robert Alexander Watson-Watt said "Give them the third best to go on with; the second best comes too late, the best never comes". I should publish allwinism as soon as possible since the idea of all win is the key, the implementations can be improved next.
