High-Level Project Summary
We developed a small-scale system that serves to clean the sea and the rivers of our community (Tumaco-Nariño-Colombia). The system consists of a boat that has a conveyor belt, and through a network anchored diagonally, it diverts the plastic waste to be collected and later transported and recycled. Plastic pollution in aquatic ecosystems has grown considerably in recent years and is projected to double by 2030, with dire consequences for health, the economy, biodiversity and the climate, according to a new UN report. that warns that recycling is not enough and denounces the false solutions that are being given to this problem.

Detailed Project Description
It is used to clean the sea and rivers. It is a scaled-down model. It is controlled by means of an Arduino uno and a bluetooth module. I want to contribute to the cleanliness of the sea and the rivers in my community. We use the arduinoblocks.com platform to write the code. It works with an android bluetooth application.

Hackathon Journey
This experience with Space Apps is great. I was inspired by wanting to contribute to improving the quality of life for people in my community and in the world. We use the STEM approach. The challenge and setbacks were resolved with discipline and dedication.
