High-Level Project Summary
According to the challenge we were supposed to use the data of Solar Parker Probe and represent the extracted information in an interesting format. Since the information was supposed to be told to the audience in an exciting manner, there was a need to interconnect not only the data of parker probe but also the other satellites around the sun in an exciting manner so to inform the users about the information in a user friendly manner. Thus, we created bumpin'. bumpin' is a VR gallery to represent those information in a virtual space. The gallery will tell the users about the information of the satellites in a 3d space. Also it will compare the data from other sources.

Detailed Project Description
According to the challenge we were supposed to use the data of Solar Parker Probe and represent the extracted information in an interesting format. Since the information was supposed to be told to the audience in an exciting manner, there was a need to interconnect not only the data of parker probe but also the other satellites around the sun in an exciting manner so to inform the users about the information in a user friendly manner. Thus, we created bumpin'. bumpin' is a VR gallery to represent those information in a virtual space. The gallery will tell the users about the information of the satellites in a 3d space. Also it will compare the data from other sources.
It will benefit the society by making them aware of the facts and figures of the solar parker probe along with connecting various other data gathered from various other sources like different satellites orbiting Sun.
We hope to achieve the entire information collected from different sources of satellites like Parker Probe, etc. and representing those information in the form of a gallery.
We have following tech stacks:-
- Unity 3d for VR setup
- Rest API's
- C#
- Python
Space Agency Data
We have data from NASA Space Agency. The data available on the site of NASA Solar Parker Probe was very accurate and helped us a lot in creating the gallery of different information received . We even used data of other space agencies who have launched their satellites for orbiting sun.
It was very inspiring to spot the exact data at the sites .
Hackathon Journey
The hackathon started with a boom holding back our nerves because it tested all our skills but team Thynk crossed all the hurdles in tackling the problem. It was a very challenging task to provide everyone with the exact information of building the VR gallery. The information helped to create a fragmented gallery but to create an entire flow was another big challenge but we figured out all the solution with our hard work.
We would like to thank our seniors for helping us out with these challenges.
