High-Level Project Summary
As the technology is advancing day-by-day, we have to face new challenge, and the world demands for novel solutions for them. Rather than building a new product, rebuilding and making it efficient enough is also an new way of thinking. Here, our team is focused on modifying an existing NASA Space Application. We have chosen the NASA Application "Quake Hunter" for it. It is a tool used to understand how tectonic plates Interact with one another. Locations where earthquake had occurred is marked according to the period of time. This project is our efforts to make the application more effective and interactive. We have tried to add features that help users to explore more in the app.

Detailed Project Description
It is a software project. Here, we have tried to contribute to one of the the NASA Application "Quake hunter". It is an application used to explore earthquake - hit locations. We used html, CSS and JavaScript throughout the project.
First of all we copied required source files to GitHub repository as direct editing isn't possible. And then we tried editing them.
We examined it well. The input box of "Destination" was found not working. Certain tabs under "Layers " section under "Globe option" weren't uniform.
To get the exact copy of the application was much difficult as we had no access to certain files. With what we had, we could make the tabs uniform. We tried to correct the "Destination tab too". We had corrected the alignment of "age" and "magnitude".
We had included a feature similar to that in "WorldWind Explorer" ; a tool box to mark the places in globe. The images from the respective site was used for the purpose.
Space Agency Data
We were supposed to work on the application details provided in NASA SpaceApps resources. Live website link and the APIs queried were provided.

Hackathon Journey
It was such a great learning experience. We hope such opportunities will be provided for learning buds in future journey.
As we all know, modifying an existing thing and making it more efficient is also a novel idea. So we decided to work on an existing NASA Application.
As of challenges, It was never an easy task. As it was a team of two, we had to work according to it, dividing works efficiently. It seemed like we just have to edit in the html but it was not only that.
With our knowledge in basics of html and css, we had done our best to contribute to the application. It gave us the to try out what we have and to evaluate ourselves.
We would like to thank the NASA team to conduct such an event of innovation worldwide and also the space club volunteering team of our college for their support and hardwork to make it available for us in a well organised manner.
