High-Level Project Summary

The rover's battery storage system was designed to protect the rover's battery, as well as a charging station, which is landed before the rover.Its battery is recharged in the power station that takes advantage of the planet's atmosphere to provide energy to the rover's battery so that it can perform its functions efficiently.It is important for scientific development, because thanks to having a rover on Venus, it will be possible to study the planet in a more optimal way.

Detailed Project Description

There are two fundamental pillars in this project, on the one hand a charging station that transforms CO2 into energy, on the other hand we have a lithium-sulfur battery coating that allows it to withstand the adverse conditions of Venus, it is pressurized and designed with materials capable of withstanding the pressure and temperature of the planet. The benefit and what is expected to be achieved with this is a method to be able to explore Venus.

Hackathon Journey

It was a pleasant and challenging experience, we learned to work as a team to optimize the time to deliver our ideas on time. What inspired us to choose this challenge was that it seemed to be the most challenging, because we wanted something really difficult that would demand a lot from us.
