The source code provided was created with the aim of separating the clouds (providing steam and therefore noise) by processing the image through the use of the opencv library. Note-from the original image (Figure 1), which has chosen two minimum values of H=0, S=0 and V=255, there is a mask (Figure 2) containing the areas of interest and can be manipulated by processes matrix modification, as shown in (Figure 3).
In some images, there is the presence of water vapor (clouds), rainbows and the like, this noise hinders the image processing.

These noises are an atypical color distortion of the image which makes it stand out from the rest.

It was an invigorating experience of a lot of learning, marathon, development and commitment to the challenge that our team chose. Our team worked a lot on Discord bringing us together and seeking knowledge among the members to choose a better resolution for the proposed challenge and we would like to thank our mentors, teachers and all those who shared knowledge with us.

Earth scientists would like to use radar signals to observe small deformations of Earth’s surface, but interactions with tropospheric water vapor slow down the radar signal and make it look like the ground is moving. Your challenge is to come up with an algorithm to remove the tropospheric signal from various radar datasets and discern the real ground motion!
