Jupiter Colorization

High-Level Project Summary

Try to process the RGB picture of Jupiter, let others see the other side of Jupiter.

Detailed Project Description

We are using python to develop the project.

Use these libraries opencv, numpy, imageio, matplotlib, argparse, edgePreservingFilter

We try to program the original image to be different.

We tried to use filter to make Jupiter more clear, but the effect is very poor.

Our team mainly uses numpy, opencv, edgePreservingFilter, Colorful Image Colorization, and other techniques to realize the photos taken from NASA's juno cam to generate color images to try to create some more artistic pictures.

Space Agency Data

We used the data from imageprocessing in junocam.

Hackathon Journey

Knowing that the future of NASA's space experience needs to be solved, and for the visualization of Jupiter and Jupiter, it is found that the visualization method is not good for the textured surface, and the challenge is to try more image and image processing. At first, the team moved in different directions, and finally added Integration, the biggest challenge is to complete it in 48 hours, obviously time is not enough, especially thanks to teammates Holiday who are willing to take time to discuss.
