High-Level Project Summary

We discovered method to create cavity where person can live and prosper without danger of radiation, meteor strikes, and temperature fallsAs result, we found out that:1. Detailed Project Description

Stage I

1) Preparation (Repair the rover and explore the surrounding area in a powerful layer of clay)

2) (Clay layer/sandstone)

3)Lander -> pull out compressor, power system, take fuel

4) Pump explosive gas/fuel (only inside the vertical sample

5) Create a fuse (a short stutter, organize an explosion from the very bottom)

6) Move as far away as possible

7)Make an explosion (Make sure that all the exhaust gases have left


Il stage. Post-production. Pit treatment

1) Probe the soil (nothing should collapse)

2) Expansion of the entrance to 1.5 meters (Disassemble the rover and assemble the excalator)

Hackathon Journey

We chose outfitting habitat of Mars challenge as a matter of fact of our willingness in prosoerity of humankind during colonisation of different habitats such like surface of the Mars. We are interested in the successful conquest and habitation of the planet Mars by our brave astronaut.


For Astrea, Space app challlenge has become a fantastic learning opportunity. We have used this time to test a group of new skills. The hachathon forced our teammates to get out of your comfort zone and grow. There was no room for perfectionism - we always needed to judge where to invest our time, how long to try, and when to switch to a new solution. Of course every team has it's own controversies and disagreements but we have solved them successfully. We were working under pressure, taking lead on some tasks, sharing our know-how, and dealing with different personalities through our flexibility.

Such events increase the interest of youth, help them to show themselves from the other new side and teach them to work in a team.
