High-Level Project Summary
Our project is filled up with our ideas that help NASA to develop better quality habitats and also help astronauts live on mars longer. we developed ways of getting food, water and energy in case any of them runs out. we have used nuclear and geothermal reactors to get energy + wind and solar energy, which is gonna be used for growing plants, filtrating water, supplying us with light and heating up sand in order to make glass and light bulbs. we also suggested our own ideas about asteroid mining from mars, that can help NASA develop economically and build better quality habitats on mars. all these is important because eventually humans will need to expand and start living on mars.

Detailed Project Description
As you might already know, there was a list of various choices, therefor it was hard picking a challenge, but after many discussions we stopped on ‘’outfitting a Mars habitat’’, a challenge which requires us to provide you with information about Mars and examples of what a person could 3D print there. We had to prove and develop some ways how a person can last there for at least 1 year. We have developed ways of getting glass, and many other listed in upper criteriums. we hope to achieve good and productive mars colonization idea, that involves asteroid mining as a way of economical development

We have used information about NASAs researches and inventions from their site, also used Los Alamos Laboratory information about nuclear/geothermal reactors, used wikipedia and some sites that provided us with enough information about topic.
Hackathon Journey
