High-Level Project Summary
We have developed a fairly universal method for calculating the usefulness of scientific activity. In the modern world, the ability to numerically evaluate a rather abstract concept of utility plays a decisively important role, since this makes it possible to objectively redistribute funding, build long-term plans, and unbiasedly evaluate the usefulness of the work of scientists.

Detailed Project Description
We have developed a fairly universal method for calculating the usefulness of scientific activity, which, with a correctly selected coefficient, allows us to derive numerical estimates of scientific works, allowing them to be fairly objectively compared according to the criterion of their usefulness. Despite any numerical methods, the tradition of human checks on suspicious cases, such as an abnormal percentage of self-citations, or constant mutual citation in a closed group of people, or banal bribery, etc., should still be maintained. In the modern world, the ability to numerically evaluate a rather abstract concept of utility plays a decisively important role, since this makes it possible to objectively redistribute funding, build long-term plans, and unbiasedly evaluate the usefulness of the work of scientists. We used photoshop, google word, google presentations, google dox, google.
Space Agency Data
We used the resources recommended for the assignment, links will be attached below. We used some public domain articles to evaluate the performance of our method. It was the first article about evaluating the effectiveness of scientific activity that inspired us to create our metric. We also researched the recommended articles in order to fully understand the topic and create something suitable.
Hackathon Journey
It was fun. We were inspired by the opportunity to gain new experience, new knowledge and positive emotions. Looking through all the topics, we decided to take this one, as the idea immediately appeared. Since this topic is quite complex, we have made every effort to get the perfect end result. We want to say thank you to each other, we have a great team.
