Only research work gets into results.To Measure performance and effects, time spent on reading papers and clicks on them are recorded and presented.Higher the clicks and read time, more likely it is to be implemented and worked on. Higher its impact.Existing Citation and other models also to be used in addition.Thank you.

Detailed Project Description
Research Search Engine, that shows only research papers based on search keyword.
To measure, Time spent on papers and clicks made are used in additon to citation and other means and methods.
Outcome: Higher the clicks and time spent more likely the research to be implemented and used.
As a compliance: only Journal links can be submitted on the page.
Space Agency Data
We have shared sample design for Measuring Open Science through dedicated Research Search Engine.
It works well as design of very initial Prototype that makes understanding of results we try to achieve.
