High-Level Project Summary
For Earth observations in the countries the data challenge is no longer about availability, rather it is about access to the data. The access is restricted by lack of adequate infrastructure to acquire, archiveand process the data as well as disseminate products. Through the GEOSS data & infrastructure Action Area, solutions are beingcsort through leverage infrastructure initiatives in the continents. Sharing Earth observation data brings a multitude of environmental and economic benefits. Opportunities from open data include supporting broad economic benefits and growth, enhancing social welfare, growing research and innovation opportunities.

Detailed Project Description
The discovery of and access to capacity building resources are often essential to conduct
environmental projects based on Earth Observation (EO) resources, whether they are Earth
Observation products, methodological tools, techniques, organizations that impart training in these
techniques or even projects that have shown practical achievements. Recognizing this opportunity and
need, the UN Commission through two FP7 projects jointly with the Group on Earth
Observations (GEO) teamed up with the Committee on Earth Observation Satellites . The
Global Earth Observation Capacity Building (GEOCAB) portal aims at compiling all current
capacity building efforts on the use of EO data for societal benefits into an easily updateable and user-
friendly portal. GEOCAB offers a faceted search to improve user discovery experience with a fully
interactive world map with all inventoried projects and activities. This paper focuses on the
conceptual framework used to implement the underlying platform. An metadata model
associated with a terminological repository are the core elements that provide a semantic search
application and an interoperable discovery service. The organization and the contribution of different
user communities to ensure the management and the update of the content of GEOCAB are addressed
Space Agency Data
European Space Agency's Data for 2019-2021 satapps data. We used the data from ESA on how many users there are that are using Coprenikus nowadays. potential and current domain-wise usage of Copernicus data. The results show that land, climate change and marine are the most demanded application areas for the users of EO data.
In the future, we will see more usage in areas like agriculture, fishery, energy, tourism, natural hazards, and extreme weather events.
Hackathon Journey
The hackathon is very important event since it provides time for our global technology team to come together, despite the distances and different parts of country. In the first day, as a way to understand better all the important information our colleagues from different ages and platforms are working hard on, we started with presentations to share knowledge and look at the future possibilities.
Space Apps also inspire collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. Our mission is to leverage this interest to encourage the growth and diversity of the next generation of scientists, technologists, designers and engineers.
Building a project schedule and share it with our team. Explain your thought process. To minimize misunderstanding, communicate our intentions and reasons for doing something. This way, we give our team a ground to trust what we do and why we're doing it. Establish open communication channels where we share messages and announcements with employees across departments.
Many thanks from the Agora Astraea team to the organizing committee for the excellent organization and successful program
