We aim to develop a tailor-made, user-specific capacity building user portal, where anyone who wishes to build their capacity could gain access to exactly what they need (online and offline courses, and self-learning materials with data and self-indicative model codes), based on their field of interest and career progression.

Detailed Project Description
We aim to develop a tailor-made, user-specific capacity building user portal, where anyone who wishes to build their capacity could gain access to exactly what they need (online and offline courses, and self-learning materials with data and self-indicative model codes), based on their field of interest and career progression.
We are currently training an NLP BERT transformer model to recommend training courses and materials to different target audiences, and we will demonstrate a use case based on an entry-level land manager.
