-HOW IT WORKS

For our solution, we choose to design and create an application can provides the user with interface to access some of NASA's record files. The system consists of an AI which runs multiple records on the background. The AI reads the users search shelf . And compiles all the records that are within that shelf .

WHAT IS 5HE SEARCH SHELF ?

Since there are a lot of devisions at NASA like

Rocket scientist, astronomers, programers, astronauts and more .if one of these people decides to use our system,there should be provided with information relative to their feild. A SEARCH SHELF is basically a collection of particular characteres or records grouped together based on their similarities to each other . This narrows down the user's window only providing them with the information they require therefore saving time and proving to be efficient .

-DATA ACCESSIBILITY

The records for this System are stored in a cloud therefore making them available to a global network. The information accessibility is split into two sectors .

SECTOR-1: PUBLIC SERVER

Records in this server are open to every one . They help with those doing their studies and those with interests in space exploration. All NASA records are to be provided except confidential top secret ones.

SECTOR-2: PRIVATE SERVER

This is where all the top secret files are stored .

Information in this sector is available to particular NASA employees. Only them will be able to see this server and not the public. Some members of NASA will not be able to access information based on their ranks . This basically means as you get higher ranks , more information will be open and accessible to you.

SYSTEM SECURITY

NASA SPACE Data will use an AI security system. For the PRIVATE SERVER, the AI will read the user's keycard there for seeing their rank at NASA and working out the amount of access to records they can be granted. 5he System will have no human assistance in granting access to avoid baised entries.

HOW WILL THE SYSTEM KNOW IF I AM AN

EMPLOYEE OF NASA

The AI will be linked to NASA and it's employee records.if a person tries to open the PRIVATE SERVER whilst they are not in the employee records ,it simply won't grant access

It was a fun ride indeed one of the best. For us we would say the hardest part was coming up with a solution to our Challenge because we had a lot of ideas. Design or system was straight forward since it did not have many features to create. We did our best to keep our system as basic and user-friendly as possible.
