Using data from Nasa Via Satellite and Air, we from the Harpia team developed an application improving the service of fighting forest fires, the high speed of response solves the problem of lack of communication and generates warnings that alert the population in advance giving the chance of prevention or evacuation before the problem worsens, many accidents are made worse by the slow communication and lack of warning we had before EnvSOS.
The EnvSoS APP's main objective is to help fight fires through aerospace technologies and the help of the public. With the help of real-time data from NASA satellites and planes, we developed an App that links this data to the fire department, making it much easier for these entities to respond to firefighting. of a citizen reporting a fire. It also helps to raise awareness, educate and protect the public, as it comprises several news and alerts interfaces. All this was possible through a simple programming using the “Kodular” website.
We used the state of California - USA as a reference for analysis, we collected all the fire cases and their characteristics, we applied them in our application, aiming to demonstrate to the public the location, level and cause of the fire, from which the idea emerged. to make the general public have the power to generate alerts to the authorities with the greatest possible speed, automatically generating an immediate reaction not only from the authorities but the population itself, avoiding great damage, which would cause damage, deaths and destruction to nature, we carried out studies and found that one of the major causes of the increase in a fire comes from the delay in reaction, this made our idea even more improved, our application will generate alerts that will be sent to everyone in the vicinity, even to those who do not have the app installed, to generate an incentive against fires, we add fire prevention means and apply a score system, the person person will be rewarded for every 100 reports applied.
Our journey in this challenge began well before it began. When we were notified that the event would take place, we immediately formed our team and decided on the theme, in addition to separating the role of each member and what we should do to achieve victory.
When starting the marathon, we already met at a member's house and discussed the first steps we will take and we started to develop the idea, find the problem and produce the app, this journey lasted until dawn and we were turned around so that we could present a great project .
And without a doubt we managed to achieve our goal, because through this experience provided by NASA and its entire group of mentors and organizers, who were undoubtedly fundamental for this whole experience to be as rewarding and fun as it was.

NASA’s airborne campaigns collect high-resolution data to solve specific scientific problems, but these data can be used to study additional topics, especially when combined with other types of data. Your challenge is to create an app that will utilize the data from one of five selected airborne campaigns to educate the public about a problem associated with Earth’s changing climate.
