Learning Through the Looking Glass

High-Level Project Summary

Learning can be fun when it is interactive and simply explained. Games are fun and if we can combine games and learning it can help us understand the world better.I have designed a game to teach kids from age 3-8 years about James Webb Telescope.kids can learn about different aspects of James Webb easily, and see their capabilities by solving jigsaw puzzles and quizzes.Kids can also read an interactive book about James Webb.In future, I want to add more puzzles and stories for different age groups to increase curiosity further.

Detailed Project Description

In this project, I have designed a game to make kids learn about JWST.

This game is for 3-8 year kids in which there are different levels.

At first, there is a comparison between JWST and Hubble.

The second one is a jigsaw puzzle.

The third one is a story about JWST.

The last one is a telescope maker.

source code is also uploaded in the link to the final project.

Space Agency Data

I used the resources given in the Space Apps Challenge.

Also got some images from NASA.

Hackathon Journey

It was always great to participate in the Space app challenge.

It was a hard thing to make overall as there were bugs along the way but we came here.

Overall it took a day to make it and I’m happy enough with it.
