High-Level Project Summary
NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope is humanity’s key to unraveling a new era of cosmology, and with its advent, the universe’s greatest mysteries are just a glimpse away. Beyond the Webb is a stark display of Webb’s capabilities and enlightens our players with an overview of the telescope’s technicalities in an enjoyable way. Our game is an amalgamation of small, fun-to-do activities that all cater to different aspects of the telescope, such as its deployment stages, structure, how this idea came to life, and more. We believe this game is a take on an essential science discipline, deep space exploration. Young minds are the future of space exploration, and our game is the first step.

Detailed Project Description
Our project revolutionizes the current modes of education by using interactive methods to effectively convey an array of information regarding the James Webb Space Telescope. In addition, by utilizing various mini-games, we incorporated the information in a fun way to make the learning process as enjoyable as possible. Furthermore, we have catered to the more enthusiastic and effusive audiences by inserting detailed explanations regarding all the aspects of the James Webb Space Telescope and its various functionalities. Our game also uses many coding languages such as 'C#,' our primary mode of creating our project; 'Unity,' which breathes life into our competition; and 'Wix,' among others. Our project aims to shed light on space exploration and make the deepest mysteries of space known to all of humanity using our platform.

Initially, our game has an interactive and informative start-up menu with a three-dimensional model of the James Webb Space Telescope. Once you press the Start button, the game will initiate an enjoyable clicker game allowing the user to launch the Ariane 5 rocket. Furthermore, a vivid cutscene will follow, entailing the process by which the James Webb Space Telescope escapes the Earth's atmosphere—allowing the user to fully grasp the process by which the James Webb Space Telescope was released. Next, the game leads the user to a stunning Ariane 5 rocket simulation that avoids space debris and asteroids and offers complete user controllability. To build up upon the first cutscene, a second video is used to demonstrate the launching sequence of the James Webb Space Telescope in utmost detail. Concerning the cutscene, the following questionnaire presents various problems for which answers are found in the previous video. Finally, a challenging puzzle involving rearranging the James Webb Space Telescope photo takes, such as the Carina Nebula and the Tarantula Nebula. After an informative and thrilling user experience, the game ends with a thank you scene.

The first James Webb Space Telescope 3D Model was used on the initial menu page to provide an eye-catching interface.
Secondly, the James Webb Space Telescope Tracking API provides real-time information about various artificial and natural bodies in the solar system. Furthermore, the JWST deployment stages provided by ESA were used in the timeline on the WIX website to enhance the timeline's legitimacy further. In addition, the Carina and Tarantula Nebula images were obtained from the Nasa website and implemented in the game. Finally, the James Webb Space Telescope Image Gallery was used to insert high-quality pictures in the timeline present on the website.
Hackathon Journey
The NASA Space Apps challenge has provided our team with an interface to sharpen our skills to the fullest- technical, leadership, and other interpersonal attributes. It has, in a nutshell, taught our team essential soft skills along the way, which will impact our work ethics substantially. What we really will take away with us, however, is the ability to interact and liaise with people from different walks of life.
Despite a dissimilarity in ideas, opinions, and probable outcomes of the project, we pulled through. A great deal of making this happen is due to the moral values the UAE has imbibed in us. By living in the UAE, we have been taught the base of communication and tolerance. By accepting thoughts and brainstorming, we were able to create a masterpiece.
The James Webb Space Telescope has inspired us with its features and abilities, and we want to share The JWST’s potential with everyone. In addition, our enthusiastic interest in deep space exploration made us take up this challenge.
We began with a rough sketch of how we wanted to go about our idea using the Design Thinking Process template - we defined our challenge, promptly followed by creativity, and then started to prototype. After a series of tests and re-evaluated prototypes, we finally produced the final product.
