Hackathon Journey
No words can describe how fun and exciting it was to be able to participate in a NASA space app challenge. Our team has learned a lot about NASA's space telescopes especially JWST with it's amazing capabilities because our challenge is about it. We also strengthened our bond with each other and also with our lovely and helpful teachers throughout this hackathon. We were inspired by card games as they can be efficient tools for education. It is important to focus on the product appeal in order to retain our players interest while playing the game thus ensuring learning sustainability. There is no success without putting blood, sweat and tears into anything. That perfectly sums up our 48 hour journey. From designing the card and brainstorming ideas at Tegas Digital Innovation Hub Miri while completing our Space apps videos, we manage to finish it just in a nick of time. We played our roles perfectly and made it possible to complete our project. We played to our strengths and ensured open communication. It was also so much fun to meet the organizers and other competitors during the opening ceremony. Honestly, I couldn't ask and wish for a better team. Sadly, there is always an end to everything, but the end is always the beginning of something else. We hope to be in the same team again next year or in other competitions.
