We have created a trello board and are using slack for project management.
We are using a loose agile methodology and setting the bar extremally low in achieving MVP status.
While working on our current iteration of MVP, we define new features we would like for future versions of our application. Once we have achieved MVP, some of our features become our next iteration of requirements to achieve MVP.
Our tech stack is going to include Laravel and Laravel forge. Code versioning on github. We are working with CI/CD environment that allows for very little server configuration or server administration.
We are looking for a graphic designer with UI/UX experience and a front end developer.
