High-Level Project Summary
In addition to NASA's current solar storm detecter system, we have developed a system that can detect solar storms while they are in the sunspot stage and warn people before the possible 2nd Carrington event. The explosions occurring in the Sun and the scattering of charged particles have effects in the world. When the electromagnetic fields are examined and compared with the data from space, the 2nd Carrington case can be detected, which did not have much impact the first time on people's daily lives due to the lack of technology. Since that is not the case anymore, it will be catastrophic. Thus, detecting it beforehand can reduce the damage thus chaos, so it will be easier to deal with.

Detailed Project Description
Our project can detect solar winds that have not yet occurred from sunspots that appear as a result of condensation in the coronal layer. Although the charged particles blown around during these solar winds are generally deflected by the Earth's magnetic field, the photons we know as aurora occur as a result of the charged particles entering the atmosphere layer in contact with oxygen molecules. Since there are so many devices that can be affected by electromagnetism in today's technology, the occurrence of such an event is a great threat to all living things. Thanks to the system we have developed, it warns people to detect the disaster in advance and to take action and take the necessary precautions. Our study material includes data from Mathlab and the Notifi-Caution infrastructure would be fully developed using TensorFlow AI- utilizing python coding language for training and post processing of data to relay warnings to governmental bodies.
Space Agency Data
We have used NASA's resources and the work of many professors which are provided to us. We used them to get information, pictures, the working principle, and more.
Hackathon Journey
It was an amazing experience for us. We have learned to work as a team and had a lot of fun together. We made research Carington event, sunspots and we have learned a lot about sun. We made a quick research about suns Working system and were amazed by its mechanism but then we realized most of the people either don't know about this system or have little knowledge. So we decided to choose this challenge. We knew it was going to be hard but we worked a lot. We want to thank Kaan Talha and Antalya local mentor Selman Canlı because they helped us with the ongoing project and helped us with hardware.
