High-Level Project Summary
A related response to a disaster should be assigned by an authority which applies a contingency plan. This situation is related to governments which provide systematic solution and successful actions. As a result, the disaster will have a good response and assistance. A good service should be integrated with government efforts from private sector or some companies of successful solutions. Partnerships with the government has accomplished this thing but these partnerships have been closed or sold-out for their low services or company’s appropriate authorizations. As a private business, I develop some solutions for current situations as the integration with solution with governments.

Detailed Project Description
The services of sensing and monitoring are provided by governmental SAT companies as EgSA in Egypt and NASA in USA. These companies are responding to the disasters with their official centers and emergency forces. As these forces and centers should be serving the assigned places or serving the events of disaster with their plans. The problem was to support people in the right time and to communicate with victims through an application to help them in the right place.
Governmental SAT companies.
EgSA is going to provide a good source of information using its Misrsat-2 in December 2022. In an emergency, we will need supporting services from existing companies as NASA company and its Landsat which sends reports of the current situation in many places as in Egypt, The EKU ClimCam will be sent to ISS as Egypt and Uganda have won the airbus award and the United Nations office award for outer space affairs at the international space conference in Dubai. This made the program costs in a free mood.
Present disaster response. An emergency supporting team may response when emergency forces receive a report or alert through one of the services as platforms or browser-based applications. A platform, as digital earth platform, may provide statistical information depending on model which supports centers with shared data which developed from multidimensional, multiscale, multitemporal, and multilayered information system model. The platform is intended to develop the international cooperation in sustainable development. Whereas, the browser-based maps, as Centurion, may evaluate the current situation with its simulation related information to provide accessible function to runtime information provided by a model. The browser-based maps are supporting governments as well as companies with its easy interface and predicted analysis in the areas of events. The development of a sustainable App of flood monitoring using mobile applications will be depending on ultrasonic sensors as a water level detector, rain sensor, temperature sensor and moisture sensor. However, all these sensors are available in browser-based solutions.
Contingency plan for the present situation. A plan for the current disaster should be serving a victim or some victims. So, a good application will provide information to emergency forces depending on their GPS. The victim will be responding to the instructions with the function of the application as push-to-talk in mobile phones and video communication or messaging in mobile OS versions.
To be concluded. The solution of a disaster which will be in the right time and the right place, it should be a response to the situation with information using an application which will support the situation with its capabilities and communication mechanism. However, the support will need an official response from all available emergency centers and forces. The report will serve this purpose as a recovery plan.
Space Agency Data
EgSA is going to provide a good source of information using its Misrsat-2 in December 2022. In an emergency, we will need supporting services from existing agencies as NASA agency and its Landsat series which sends statistical reports of the current situation in disaster places. The EKU ClimCam was at ISS whereas Egypt and Uganda were monitoring earth using the ISS data and their cameras.
I am looking forward to having some of these data to develop my application.
Hackathon Journey
This was promising and overwhelming. I submitted my application, and I received a number of emails then I joined discord server to start my solo team. So, it is all promising to me and my team to continue with this project.
