High-Level Project Summary
In this project, we developed a short video which introduced the concept of climate change and its impact on both our homeland, Taiwan, and our world, which solves the challenge by providing factual and educational informations on climate change basing on our location and experiences we encountered, and also what we can do to stop this situation. It has significant importance as climate change is a critical issue to our world and has great influences on all kinds of aspects of our lives and even the survival of human kinds.

Detailed Project Description
Our project was made to save our future. As the young generation that would be living on the planet in the future, we would like a place we can call home. A place that is safe and clean for all species in space. We start by discussing what is Climate change and how we define it since it is crucial for us to understand the problem before we save the problem. Once we have understood the fundamental cause of the problem we can begin to solve the problem from the base. We figured out that it is important for us as humans to stop polluting the earth, but we as students can't really do anything. So we decided that we would start with small actions that can spread around easily, these small actions would benefit a huge amount once more people followed you. We hope that we can achieve the goal of everyone being aware of Global Warming and help us to save our future. Even a small little action from all people can make a big difference. We have used google slides for our project, the reason behind this is that we are all doing our projects online since we can't meet with each other. Google slides provide us with the ability to edit our project at the same time, meaning that we can work together as a group even when we are far away from each other. We also used Google meet when we need to discuss some difficulties we face on the way, with google meet we can listen to each other's opinions and work on the project at the same time which saved us lots of time and energy.
Space Agency Data
We used the data in https://climate.nasa.gov/ from NASA, which provided different informations about climate change, including the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, global temperature, Arctic Sea ice extent, the mass of ice sheets, sea level, and the energy of ocean warming, which inspired us to use these datas for our project by putting these into our video as evidences for climate change.
Hackathon Journey
The Hackathon is a very difficult challenge for us as we have never done anything kinds of projects like this. We tried to choose the type of challenge that we can handle and come up of a solution in 48 hours, and so we choosed "How Does Climate Change Affect You?" because it is more related to our daily lives and experiences. Although it is a common sense that the global temperature is rising and is causing unusual climates and severe natural disasters, but when we research more deeply into this, there are still many astonishing facts about climate change that indicate that our world, our environment, is in danger. We are determined to send a message to everyone in the whole world through our project, that climate change is a very serious issue, and at the same time there are something that ordinary citizens, especially the younger generation like us who might face more severe consequences of climate change in the future, can do for this planet. If everyone can work to improve our environment, we can save the Earth.
