High-Level Project Summary
Global climate change is not a future problem. Changes to Earth’s climate driven by increased human emissions of heat-trapping greenhouse gases are already having widespread effects on the environment: glaciers and ice sheets are shrinking, river and lake ice is breaking up earlier, plant and animal geographic ranges are shifting, and plants and trees are blooming sooner. The severity of effects caused by climate change will depend on the path of future human activities. More greenhouse gas emissions will lead to more climate extremes and widespread damaging effects across our planet. So, if we can reduce emissions, we may avoid some of the worst effects.

Detailed Project Description
Our proposal regarding the Climate change briefs the viewers about the adverse effects of climate change prevailing around the world and the issues raised due to change in the climatic conditions and it provides a useful solution for it.
Space Agency Data
We used some very useful data and information from Nasa, the Canadian Space agency ,the European Space Agency .The resources provided by the agencies widened our thoughts about the adverse effects of climate change. This made us understood how detrimental climate change can be for humankind.
Hackathon Journey
It was very wonderful journey and we came across many new theories and concepts which was completely new and useful for us in building a better career.
