High-Level Project Summary

Climate change is changes in temperature and weather patterns, which is the cause of global warming, which is caused by greenhouse gases and factory waste.. Because petroleum factories produce a lot of heat and cause global warming, we thought of exploiting these wastes and producing electrical energy from them by using heat. The waste generated by petroleum refining factories and using this heat to heat the water resulting from the condensation of water vapor that comes out of the sugar factories, the water will boil and turn into water vapor. Reducing water vapor, heat and destruction caused by climate change and using clean, inexpensive energy for the environment.

Detailed Project Description

Climate change is changes in temperature and weather patterns. The main cause of climate change is the burning of fossil fuels and gases from greenhouse gas emissions such as water vapor, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and CFCs. These gases are produced by logging, forests, waste, factory chimneys, and transportation Energy and when infrared radiation absorbs greenhouse gases, the radiation returns some of the radiation in space and some in the earth, causing the earth to warm. Among the greenhouse gases that cause global warming are carbon dioxide, which is the most common gas emitted by human activity and the longest remaining gas in the atmosphere, and methane, nitrous oxide and fluorinated cause global warming significantly, but they are less than carbon dioxide emissions. One of the most common sources of greenhouse gases is also energy production and distribution, as it accounts for 76% of greenhouse gases, electricity, fuel transportation, buildings, gas, fertilizer production, and much of the energy we use is unclean and polluting the environment. If we use clean energies such as wind energy, it is not enough, then fossil fuels cannot be dispensed with, and because of this problem, it reduced the growth rate of crops, thus affecting food, floods, heat waves, storms, and problems resulting from converting energy to other energy, such as converting a chemical substance in gasoline into heat energy. . Therefore, we decided to solve this problem by using the waste heat generated by petroleum refining plants, and by using this heat, the water resulting from the condensation of water coming out of the sugar factories will be heated and converted into water vapor. This steam will make the turbines spin and connect it to an electric generator to deliver the kinetic energy of the generator and convert it into electricity. This idea will reduce climate change by reducing water vapor in the atmosphere, using waste heat from petroleum refineries, eliminating pollution from water, air, coal and natural gas, reducing diseases such as cancer and breathing problems, and reducing human, animal and plant death and costs resulting from climate change. We recommend that we electrolyze the condensed water. The use of hydrogen fuel and the use of condensate water in our daily life.

Space Agency Data

Yes, since we took a lot of information about climate change and the problem and its solutions from NASA and NASA websites in Arabic and YouTube channels, and we used the images on the sites and clarified ideas on how to implement them and previous solutions to the problem, so they helped us a lot in implementing the project.

Hackathon Journey

A very good experience because we had the pleasure of helping to solve the problem facing the whole world. We chose this challenge because it is one of the most challenging challenges facing the world and is increasing day by day, and this problem has not yet been found inexpensive solutions or did not solve the problem completely. Therefore, we decided to solve this problem to get rid of the problem facing all these countries, and because we have experience in this challenge, and the data of the space agency helped us a lot in searching for the problem, what were the previous solutions, the causes of the problem and the consequences of this problem, and our approach to developing this is the implementation of this idea and the electrically intensive desalination of water And the start of the use of electricity in factories and homes, and we solved the challenges by researchYes, since we took a lot of information about climate change and the problem and its solutions from NASA and NASA websites in Arabic and YouTube channels, and we used the images on the sites and clarified ideas on how to implement them and previous solutions to the problem, so they helped us a lot in implementing the projecting and accessing previous research, trying countries, cooperating and exchanging ideas, and everyone had a great role in all this problem.
