High-Level Project Summary
The challenge is to create a short video that provides factual and educational information about climate change and how it affects us based on where we are located. As Egypt, we are particularly concerned about climate change because the climate emergency increases security risks and represents a permanent danger to us. It also affects our economy due to water scarcity and more extreme weather conditions that bring risks to agriculture and tourism. This impacts us directly and also indirectly through the trade and tourism industry. The video should be in English language, contain factual information and raise awareness on the issue among the audience

Detailed Project Description
We focused in the video on the dangers of climate change on our lives if we don’t take a step towards limiting its causes, we focused specifically on what could happen to the cities exposed to the sea coast when the sea levels rises, and how it will destroys thousands of years old cities and several million people lives, areas of agricultural land, industrial projects and infrastructure services, not to mention what will happen to our lifeline the Nile river of polluting potable water used in every aspect of our live agriculture, industry and trading, which will cause complete paralysis of our country.
We as a team choose this challenge particularly due to how passionate we are about climate change and how it’s affecting our life as youths and how it will affect future generations, we wanted to provide a content that could inspire other people to also raise concerns about climate change dangers and hopefully more people will be aware to their actions and consider a different lifestyle that helps to forge a better future for us all.
In the end we urged the people to stand against accelerating the climate change causes by reducing greenhouse gasses emissions, and informed them about the world climate summit which takes place in various cities around the world and the next summit will take place in Sharm El-Sheikh in 7-18 November 2022 (COP27).
This video provides more awareness to the audience about the dangers of climate change and how it is affecting all aspects of our life and that it’s important to raise concerns about the crisis, which helps to preserve the agricultural area and reduce the percentage of greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining industrial output.

we used data of Temperature of earth, percentage of greenhouse gases emissions, sea level rises, arctic sea ice extent, ocean warming from NASA.
Hackathon Journey
In our journey in the hackathon we had alot of ups and downs, we tried as a team to stay up working while keeping our health mentaly and physically well, and we were fortunate to have Eng.Omar Atef Sesa as our mentor, he guided us through the days of the hackathon.
