High-Level Project Summary
We are The New Wave group and we chose :"How does climate change affect you?".For this project we created a website called "You Change" and an App.The main goal was to raise awareness to the youth that are the future of this world.In our website people can post the impact they are doing to make a change and the biggest impact will get rewarded. Even though every post that people upload makes a big change. We also created our own merch to raise money and the amount will be donated to climate change organizations. There is also a go fund me and the app link in the website. We also crated our own youtube channel and an instagram page where people can find out about our app.

Detailed Project Description
For the project we used Wordpress app to create the website and we created the design of the app we thought by using Jotform. We detailed it and the website is useful and published. The app can be shared in the home screen but it is not useful and linked to data base yet. In the website you can post the impact and also get rewarded if the impact is great enough. You can create your own profile and customize it. We are also selling our merch and linked resources of information we were given access by Nasa. The app is a more practical and detailed version of the web and you can do there the exact same things. We hope to make this a trend so it can become a habit. This is a great and never seen before innovative app that will help in the creation of a new generation where the climate change is "old news". As we say 'MINDSET CHANGE NOT CLIMATE CHANGE".

Hackathon Journey
The space app journey was a great opportunity to challenge ourselves.We learned so many things and got to know so many people from different cultures.We got so many valuable skills in the tech world like how to create an app or even a website.We also learned a lot about climate change that we didn't know before and made us so alarmed that made us want to make a change and impact everyone around us.We chose this topic because we know how concerning this is and how bad it has become.We live in a world we are destroying with our own hands.Working as a team was challenging but we are very proud we managed to make things work together.It is not all about the third place prize that we won but it is also about the great friendships that we created. We would like to thank Nasa space app challenge and ICT academy for making it happen in Tirana and for the help they gave us.
