High-Level Project Summary
Climate change is an important issue of great concern due to the recent destruction that occurred in South Asia. A few years back the climate of South Asia was moderate & changes occurred in their respective times but in recent years, the weather is changing very quickly in some specific regions. Extreme hot weather, heavy rains, and floods are becoming common. Marine life destruction, species death, health issues, cultivation, and food problems are affecting the whole country's economy. In this project, we created awareness to take revolutionary steps in order to secure our environment. Solutions that can be taken are also discussed.

Detailed Project Description
In this project, our teammates tried their best to solve these issues and develop a good knowledge of climate change and its effects on the common people. We have collected knowledge of climate change all around the globe as it is our main current issue. The content includes statistics and images of respective topics and issues. It is mentioned how climate affected society, environment, and status and how we can reduce this climate change. The pros and cons of climate change are also mentioned in the project. Effects like global warming, and ozone layer thinning are taking place. Improper disposal of waste is affecting the surroundings in a bad way. There are also some good aspects which include the advancement in the field of research and technology. Solutions like forestation, cleaning, reusing, and avoiding things that affect the surroundings such as plastics to maintain a healthy environment, proper disposal of waste, reduction in human activities like burning coal and gas, and usage of fossil fuels are discussed.

Hackathon Journey
HACKATHON JOURNEY:
Our Space Apps Experience was very interesting and informative. It was very knowledgeable and we learned many new things and worked on a great idea. It was an educational trip to Salim Habib University formerly known as Barrett Hodgson University 🎓. This journey helped us learn a lot about climate and how it is changing globally. How this change is affecting our daily lives and society. The huge impact of climate change on our planet inspired us to choose this project and work on this challenge. We had a lot of fun while making a video on the climate changes, its main causes and effects. We talked about our personal experiences and how they affected us. We also discussed, in our video, how we can resolve this issue. Our main approach was to address the issue of climate change, raise our voice and create awareness among the people about the issue and its solution. Our main setback was limited time but with cooperation, coordination, and teamwork we overcame this hurdle. The next challenge was to manage things and utilize resources to make us end with a video and with devotion, dedication, team effort, and hard work we accomplished this challenge. Lastly, we would like to thank our institution (University of Karachi) and Google Developers' Student Club(GDSC) who told us about the challenge and gave us an opportunity to participate in it, and also SHU(Salim Habib University) who sponsored the event and turned it into a memorable experience of our life.
