High-Level Project Summary
Our team developed a web-site presenting deep statistics about negative impact of traditional sources of energy on ecology. We did research on how rise of nuclear power stations amount affect on ecology. This web service provides various graphics to compare level of emissions in different time periods. We came to the conclusion that after inventing first nuclear power station, and beginning of their mass use, annual Carbon Dioxide growth started to slowing down, and comparing to the past they became measurable.

Detailed Project Description
What exactly does it do?:
Provides detailed charts:
1)Concentration of greenhouse gas emissions
2)Releasing of carbon in the air from fossil fuel burning, cement manufacture and gas flairing from 2000 to 2014
3)releasing of carbon in it’s carbon dioxide form to the atmosphere from land use from 1990 to 2005
4) Show advantages of using green energy and nuclear power stations
5) Shows different worldwide nuclear power station positions and radiation level
How does it works?:
We use various data sources to visualize all of these information with saving all the important details.
What benefits does it have:
we are the first team to visualize all of this data within one web service, and also provide geolocation of Nuclear power stations of biggest nuclear energy producers.
What do you hope to achieve?:
A lot of people have the idea that nuclear power stations is something dangerous, and can affect on or even harm the ecology. Our goal is to convience people in safety of this source of energy, through describing it’s advantages. In connection with the beginning of construction nuclear power stations in Kazakhstan, this topic becomes even more urgent in the local context.
Out tech-stack:HTML,CSS,Java script,React js framework,Asp.Net,various libraries such as “Custom Place Marks”,Typewriter, recharts js. We also used design apps - Figma and Notion – for team cordinating work.

Hackathon Journey
It’s embrassing, the atmosphere gives us the feeling of doing something important, but also it’s comfortable and doesn’t give any sense of stress. Our source of inspiration was recent news about building a nuclear power stations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Our approach was:
1)Make a research about share of nuclear energy comparing to traditional energy sources such as a coal
2)To decide how we want to solve the lack of information about nuclear energy among common people,in order to show how usefull it might be.Despite all the problems we’ve met,we didn’t despair, and tried to move on.Firstly,we’d like to say our gratitude to NASA Space apps mentors for giving us a right direction in developing out project.Secondly,we’d like to thank youtubers who made all of the usefull tutorials we’ve seen, and used to bring our project into it’s present state.
