Detailed Project Description

I participate for “visualizing the Jovian system like never before” I made use of NASA’s Juno Cam views for my painting. The painting is acrylic on canvas, my canvas dimensions are fifty to seventy. I had inspired by Salvador Dali’s “The Persistence of Memory” artwork. There are mildews on my painting, i had made them with cotton, for symbolize deterioration and deformation. Also ants that i drew stands for same. The mercury(Hg) drawing is for symbolizing the humankind’s eternal existence at space and the aluminum folios are stand for space pollution and unused spacecrafts. For the background JunoCam views had a big influence on me i drew helical shapes for Jupiter. The soft brushstrokes and kind color transitions on the painting is for making astronauts feel peaceful and relaxed. To conclude this artwork stands for Deformation in the space.

Space Agency Data

I used Nasa’s spacecraft JunoCam’s views. There were charming photos of Jupiter, thanks to JunoCam. the views helped me a lot to find out what my painting will be about. I achieved the photos by internet and whit my teacher’s help.

Hackathon Journey

Space Apps Challenge though me lot of new things but the most important part was to socialize and meeting knew people. Also working with a team had a big impact on my character development. I thing it is important for teenagers to participate these kind of team works. While this challenge i also learned so many things about space and Jupiter, I empathize with astronauts. Space Apps Challenge was a great opportunity for me, i had enjoyed my time and learned a lot .
