Detailed Project Description
Multi-purpose tool manual.
Base Mãe: Must be made on the metal printer, it has square slots for inserting shafts or pins (possible to be found next to the files) to rotate the base around its axis when tightening a screw. in addition, it features a cone with a keyway for inserting the heads
"Cabeças Sextavadas R25 e R30": Must be made in metal printer for greater mechanical strength. Its way of use is to make the fit in the cone of the "Base Mãe".
"Eixo Rotacional": it can be done in the plastic printer, or if you need more resistance, it can be done in the metal printer. Its function is to serve as a lever when tightening or loosening a screw.
"Ponta Base": Its function is to serve as a base for the construction of new tips, it has a keyway for torque transfer and a cone to "stick" through the vacuum on the Mother base.
Todo o conjunto: Demonstrates how the tool should be assembled, it also comes with a .f3d file (you can use fusion 360 to open it) for future edits.
Habitat assembly manual and recommendations
*All parts must be made in the concrete printer, none of them have the maximum dimensions to be manufactured in the plastic printer.
*It is recommended to slice some pieces to be printed separately, and then assemble using holes, screws and screw plugs.
*”gavetas inferior” and “gaveta superior” can be used on all "camas baú".
*For the "Cama bau var 2", use 8 "Tampinhas Var 2" and for the "Cama bau var 3" use 8 "tampinhas Var 3".
*recommends to bring foam mattresses for better astronaut comfort.
*Among the files, it comes with "Habitat.f3d" it contains all the original dimensions in case the .stl files are out of the original scale or for future editions.
Rover Wheel Manual;
Núcleo: Must be made on the metal printer, it serves to perform the "pneu" fitting and has keyways for efficient torque transfer.
Not mandatory, but it is recommended to use a 10MM diameter drill to eliminate burrs or other imperfections.
Parafuso Sextavado: Must be done on the metal printer, it serves to fix the "Pneu" to the "Núcleo" and prevent lateral movement. Has M10 thread
Pneu: It must be made in the concrete printer, made to be fitted in the "Núcleo" it is recommended to use a drill to drill holes with a diameter of 10MM.
Porca sextavada: Must be made on the metal printer, it serves to lock the "Parafuso sextavado" between the "núcleo" and the "pneu".
Vista toda do conjunto: Shows how the entire set should be fitted. it also comes with a .f3d file (you can use fusion 360 for viewing or editing) in case the .stl file is out of scale.
