During these 2 days the solution for multitask tools, scientific furniture, accessories for astronauts and wheels were made. With these areas we find limitations, such as the printing dimensions for rigid materials, that is why we designed a kit called configurable rigid unit, which allows us to create various articles, which based on a manual, we can see how many geometries and insurances are necessary to print to form something. We also solve the problem of space with the laboratories called glove "box" which will allow us to fold in order to reduce space, based on origami geometries. The astronauts need devices that help them have better ergonomics
The rover Wheel have a close face that does not allow the entry of any rock or earth by an electric motor, the air it is not required in this type of wheels and the elastomers can be use for the manufactured. Also, the second tool is an exoskeleton that help to support, give comfort, health monitoring, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and it has flexibility. The third proposal is to optimize the space of the glove box by 3D printer components, mechanical systems and magnetic fasteners to seal the case and the use of tools is accessible. The final proposal is a geometry that can form different shapes, according to the need of the Astronaut, from a basic tool to a piece of furniture, using the same block pattern.
We rely on NASA missions, specifically the analog Mars missions, as well as various forms of innovation for the purpose of better out-of-this-world exploration.
We chose this challenge because we believe that tool innovation leads to better opportunities for space exploration, and it motivated us to challenge our skills, knowledge and expand our minds.

Imagine you’re an astronaut who has newly arrived on the Red Planet. Your habitat has been pre-constructed for you, but, other than three 3-D printers, it doesn’t have most of the things you need to live and work. Your challenge is to design tools, furniture, and other items to assist you on your one-year mission.
