High-Level Project Summary
We have created the simplified yet effective psychological traits measuring metrics which will help to understand the behavioral pattern and decision making process of indigenous tribes. This whole metrics development was done using basic open science activities of collaboration with different professionals and finding out the most influential static and dynamic factors. For the betterment of tribes living standards from2014-2019 640 billion rupees and 1000 billion rupees were allocated still they are not yet in far level with other communities, so different and insight approach is necessary to understand core problem.

Detailed Project Description
our project precisely imitate the decision making process of various tribes men from south gujarat, there are more than 32 tribes in gujarat and making the psychometric analysis system which is inclusive of all tribes decision making factors, their independent and compound effect. This project will helpful in joining them in main stream and also enables us to understand the psychological blocks and beliefs that are impending their growth. As our project metrics aims to work with persons which are not comfortable with handling data and high tech digital devices, we keep our project very simple.
