High-Level Project Summary
Our moonquake map is a 3D interactive web application which helps the user to understand more about a phenomenon named moonquakes.Moonquakes basically sound like earthquakes but its an interesting fact that its totally different from it.The reason which causes moonquakes is completely different in this case, instead of tectonic plates moonquakes occur due to the shrinking of the inner moon.

Detailed Project Description
We have made a 3-d moon model and plotted seismic data . We have shown the intensity of moonquake though the ripples. The larger the moonquake, the larger the ripple. We have added the information about the latitude, longitude and magnitude related to the moonquake. It would we visible once we click in the middle of any ripple. We have added links on our webpage which takes the user to the page where they can get the information about the latest articles by NASA. We have made the 3-d model through three.js and the data processing is being done in jupyter notebook using pandas and convert it into json file . Final product: our project shows the seismic data of moon plotted on 3-d interactive moon model.
Space Agency Data
We have used NASA space agency data to make our project . we got the data from resources section uploaded on NASA space app challenge website. We read the data after importing Pandas in our Jupyter notebook. We dropped the unnecessary data for our data and filtered out the useful one. Finally we converted our data into json file so that it can be used for our code present in three.js
Hackathon Journey
Our Hackathon journey was very educational,
I would start from the very beginning when we came to know about Hackathon by NASA space app challenge . This was our first Hackathon ever so we came across the challenges provided by NASA ,. We chose the challenge of making a moon Quake Map that was a bit tricky for us but our team was very helpful , we learnt a lot of things during this challenge about 3D models three.js jupyter and many more , In this Hackathon came across new people, encouraging teammates, mentor, best thing was making new friends learning from them about new things , new challenges and people were very helpful. At last this Hackathon was very knowledgeable and was full of surprises.
