I am grateful for this opportunity and excited for what comes next. Thank you, NASA for this opportunity to form teams, work together and come up with solutions. I leave tired but satisfied.

October 2, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.: We had our mid-afternoon meeting to discuss the final parts of our project submission. We are getting closer to reaching our deadline!

October 2, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.: It's the last day of the challenge. We had a quick check-in this morning and adjusted our game plan. We are both tired, but still very excited about the challenge! We both have learned more about the uniqueness and importance of these missions.

Hello Everyone! My name is Sara. I am beyond thrilled to be part of NASA's 2022 Space Apps Challenge. I am looking forward to analyzing, writing, and learning new facts through our project!

Hi. My name is Heather. I am a doctoral student at the University of Kentucky. I have recently earned my Masters in Instructional Systems Design. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Higher Education. I am looking forward to participating in this hackathon!

Good evening! It is already night! I can't believe the day has gone by so fast. I am still tired and overwhelmed, but I know the result will be worth it. :)This challenge has been quite difficult to solve, but with dedication, and consistency, we are thriving. So far, the challenge has expanded my knowledge to barriers I did not know existed. I am thankful for this opportunity to learn.

October 1 , 2022 at 8 p.m.: We met again in order to check-in and to reevaluate our plan for completing the challenge. We are tired, but still having fun. This topic is something that is new to the both of us (outside our area of expertise), so we are learning a lot.

October 1, 2022 at 1 p.m.: We ended our first meeting and developed a plan for completing the project. We were able divide up tasks and have a timeline for finishing our research. The goal is to check-in again within a few hours.

October 1, 2022 at 10 a.m.: We just had our first meeting. We had originally joined a different challenge, but after thinking about our interests, skills, and strengths had decided to join this challenge instead. So, we are starting late in the challenge but are still very positive about our ability to submit a product by the deadline. We are in the process of dividing up tasks and scheduling follow-up times for future meetings.
