High-Level Project Summary

I decided to tell the story by creating a fictional science magazine about a girl called Al-Rawa, a name that I composed and its means "Sunlight dreamer." She grows up happily, then enrolls in the university to become an astronaut; unfortunately, in her first year her father dies, and she is severely shocked, and we will see how the sunlight was the thing that saved her from the darkness she lived in inside her and hope would revive within her again. after she graduates, she joins the team working on the manufacture of parker probe and achieves her dream of sending a message to her friend the Sun.

Detailed Project Description

it is about an electronic magazine for telling people the story through a girl's dream. i used photoshop for photo manipulation to create my character and story scenes. it is like a book any way we know that short stories are now being developed in many ways so it will grape the attention of audience and it is also so essay discussing information for public which means any one not in the space field.

All work, backgrounds and photos used is mine from my sun gallery expect for the real images of Parker probe which i got from NASA recourses.

1- NASA as primary resource for images and team information

2- Stanford Solar Center for sun discovering history

3-ESA for detailed information about parker building process

4- science news blogs for short booklets about parker mission overview

5-Johns University Applied Physics Laboratory research for space environment and parker challenges

Hackathon Journey

I was a Participant at local event "Alexandria, Egypt", but my team drop out the challenge so i decided to join the universal event and give it a try.

my previous team idea was to make tell the story by animation while i do not have experience with designing but i was the content creator so i was responsible for writing the script, but when i became alone i decided not to give up but to make my story as a magazine and to learn a little in photoshop so i could create my character and my scenes. i cannot say that i did the best but i tried to do the best according to the time i have and the effort it requires.

Anyway, i preferer to lose rather than giving up on any idea ii believe in.

Alora is a fictional character which i could represent her by me, as i love the sun as she does and i hove to graduate to work on such great mission, Alora is about my future dream.
