On The Way To The Sun

High-Level Project Summary

Our team has written a poem which is covering the whole event. we have combined that poem with a self-made video for Parker Solar Probe. The meaning of our challenge, as we understood was to make people aware of such wonderful events happening around us. So we made Two videos, one of which can be understood by the elder audience, and tried to make one video for kids about the event in a really fun way so that they enjoy learning about new events. In this challenge, we also had thought that we can make content like these to be published for a larger group audience and by this we also created a website for the same where we can add blogs, videos, and fun quizzes about it.

Detailed Project Description

We felt the need to create as much as awareness possible of the new discoveries to all the people specially to the young audiences that's why we have selected this challenge and that's why we have designed a website that contains the blogs, audio and videos about the challenge that is to explain the whole journey of the Parker solar probe in an innovative way by reciting facts relating with ancient histories to make it even more valuable. A special animation video is also created by us to attract young audiences (age- 5 to 11).

As the content which is available on NASA's website is in way more scientific terms that may be difficult for everyone to understand so we have tried to explain some scientific terms and discoveries in a simple yet innovative manner so that the audiences especially the young ones can connect more to the information and contribute even more to make the world a better place to live in.

We have created an igneous way to represent our challenge. As we are aware that the NASA contains scientific terms which is not easier for everyone to understand it clearly, so we have designed a website that contains the articles, blogs, videos and audios about the elements related to space and the Parker Solar Probe in a simple yet unique manner which can be easily understood by the people.

The website will be open to all and that will hold the information about different domains like planets, Stars, NASA and ISRO.

A special animation video is also created by us to attract the young audiences (age- 5 to 11).

And for the adults, we've created an informative video by reciting facts relating with ancient histories to make it even more valuable.

We have created various tags on our site like planets, stars, NASA, ISRO and more that will contain relevant blogs and videos in the most creative ways.

The tools which are used are HTML and CSS language, video clips by NASA and the video editing apps.

Life is a journey, with problems to solve, lessons to learn but most of all experiences to enjoy.

We have learnt a lot of things during the hackathon. We have gained a new skill of the 'teamwork' that how to corporate with the other team members. We have also learnt that how to complete a project in a given deadline. Learnt new and innovative ideas to solve the problems or the challenges. Developed some skills like video editing, web development using programming languages like Python and CSS.

We have extracted the information used in our challenges like video clips and article from the site of NASA and APL(John Hopkins University Applied Physics laboratory). we used the data given in a poetic way to tell the audience about the challenge in a creative way.

Space Agency Data

We used data from NASA websites

Hackathon Journey

This was the first Hackathon that our team participated in. It was the best experience indeed we learned many new things which will help us throughout our college journey. Next time, we will be back to perform another challenge and win.zcZazX

We also built a website along with our challenge
