High-Level Project Summary

Project Impulse is the is to show the stress and problems faced by astronauts in space like the lack of proper nutrition , exercise and much more with all these problems it is hard to do a mission in space. so project impulse demonstrates these problems in Roblox by a game and a presentation to show some organisms that could help us evolve or change things with new technology by implementing some of the organisms characteristics.

Detailed Project Description

There is two parts of the project



  • The game
  • The ways humans can evolve or change technology

The games represents how astronaut lives is hard . It shows the problems faced by them and their life style

The Presentation is how we can combat these problems by using characteristics of organisms and the ways they survive in tough conditions in their own environment by harnessing these characteristics of these organisms could change space travel as a hole

Our team mainly used data from Nasa and from the European space agency .


In these websites we mainly focused on the dangers. Seen by past missions and the discussed reviews upon it. Such as


The daily solar-induced fluorescence or


Bisphosphonate. The data revealed from these websites have shed light and inspired us for our project on Roblox to construct a environment for a stress free space habitat. we used the open data in a systematic process using ongoing events and projects in order we focused in details on long term effects and on going problems by correlating the problem and the corresponding animals. We went into dept for certain situations and the physiological pressures induced with a diverse range on the topics handed.

Hackathon Journey

The Hackathon journey has been the most exciting and knowledgeable journey that our team has gone through. We have learnt a lot through our challenge, we were able to learn about the different superpowers which the creatures on our planet have to adapt to the tough environments and found out the secrets behind these adaptations. We first learnt about the different stresses and difficulties faced by astronauts in space it tried to find animals which had features which helped them to adapt to similar stresses but on earth. Our team used the wider internet to find out different ways at which the features of these animals can be implemented into a life sized human suit for space exploration. The reason as to why we chose this challenge is to to find solutions to the different problems faced by astronauts to go into space and to in some way inform the people of our planet of these challenges.
