Infinity Puzzle

High-Level Project Summary

"Infinity Puzzle" helps people learn about James Webb's Telescope's amazing capabilities with a game. We tried to make the process of learning fun by creating this application. This game solves the challenge itself. Because our challenge was to create a game which helps people learn about JWST. It's important for us and for the community, because JWST is the best and most important telescope there is. It's the wonder of the 21st century. And we wanted to share it with everyone. We developed this game and our ability to achieve the goal with hard work and software.

Detailed Project Description

Our project helps people learn about amazing capabilities of James Webb Telescope with a game. Learning through playing is a great way to gather new information about something you don't know about, unlike reading long pages of information, which could end up boring. That's what's so beneficial about our app. We created this game with the perspective of us and people our age and thought a lot about if we'd play this as well. We hope to achieve peoples' liking and we hope to impress them. We used couple of Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Word. We also used System software to develop our project.

Hackathon Journey

Our Space Apps experience was deeply interesting. We came across tons of new facts, that we didn't know about. We learnt more about amazing capabilities of James Webb Telescope and how it works. Our team was inspired by the fact that JWST is so different than all the other telescopes in the world and we were always inspired by the art that it captures. Our approach was looking at this project and challenge from the perspective of someone who didn't know anything about JWST and how would we like to learn about it. "Teamwork makes dream work" as they say and we 100% agree with this, because our concerted work made this challenge way easier. We'd like to thank our school teacher who informed us about this hackathon and also our mentor for giving us instructions on how to work on this project.
