High-Level Project Summary
During the event, we have made a game where we will be inside the James Webb. It is going to include many mini-games in which we will have to collect information that will help us understand more about this telescope. The project is viable because it has created a story that will hook you to play until the end. Also, through the mini-games that we provide you will be able to acquire information about the great things that James Webb offers in a more intuitive way. It is important to know what the James Webb is capable of, because thanks to it we have discovered new celestial bodies such as galaxies, planets, stars, and much more. We wouldn't have this if this artifact had not been developed.

Detailed Project Description
What the project does exactly is provide information about the James Webb through 6 mini-games that will reward you with data about this telescope. The video game is simple. You are on a map where you can move with the keys W,A,S,D and to enter to a minigame you must press the E key. Each minigame will explain the controls of it so don't worry. The main benefit of the video game is that you will be able to find many important data about this technological device in a fun, dynamic way and without having to do a long search on the web. With this project we hope that everyone will be interested in the data, features, capabilities and discoveries made by the James Webb telescope. During this project, we have used both simple tools like paint and whiteboards to explain, to more complicated tools like Aseprite. We have used hardware such as computers, mobile phones and a Usb to be able to save our progress. Also, the main software we used was Game Maker Studio 2, in it we used the programming language Game Maker Studio language to be able to create all the coding of the game.
Space Agency Data
Before the creation of our video game, we have searched a lot of information about the James Webb in different reliable web pages, in which NASA predominates. Some of the information found were: The definition of the telescope, characteristics, importance for space research, capabilities, performance and much more. In addition, the vast majority of information we found about the James Webb inspired us to create mini-games, which we based on what we found during the investigation of the aforementioned space telescope.
Hackathon Journey
The NASA space apps challenge event was a great experience for us. We met a lot of new people and we managed to create an overly ambitious project. The gastronomy that they offered us at the event was delicious. We created many fun dynamics while we were creating the video game, these activities encouraged us to go ahead and submit this project. During the event we have learned the importance of teamwork, in addition to that we have learned to create video games, pixel art and others. The decision to choose this challenge had a lot to do with the inspiration of being able to transmit important ideas and facts that we all should know about the James Webb through a dynamic game that helps you learn and understand about the great things that the telescope is capable of doing, in addition our interest in video games was a great inspiration to choose this challenge. The approach we had to develop this project was to inform people in a new way, in which through a video game with a story you can be interested in one of the most important telescopes owned by NASA, giving you an incredible experience in which enjoy the game while you learn. During the event, we suffered certain problems and setbacks, which we solved by working extra hours in our homes, attending tutorials or asking the teachers about certain things. With new proposals, among other things we managed to solve certain challenges and setbacks that we had. We would like to thank those in charge of the event enormously for everything they have done for us, from providing us with food to giving us a comfortable place where we can transmit our ideas and work on our project.
