High-Level Project Summary
Our team developed a complete entertainment guide showing the performance and capabilities of the NASA James Webb Telescope. We did this by creating a 2D video game where the player character has to collect all the elements of the James Webb telescope, in each element would be shown information about how each element works with some photos taken by this telescope. After the player collects the pieces, it will be shown a QR CODE that has a link to a website where the user would be able to test what he or she learned during the game.

Detailed Project Description
Our project consist of two sections:
LEARNING:
The first one is a 2D video game with a theme of the planet Mars. The main character is an astronaut who needs to adventure through the map collecting lost pieces of the telescope, each time the character collects one element, it would be shown the function of the piece found and one of the photos taken by this telescope. In total to finish the game it's necessary to collect all ten pieces, after that, a QR CODE will appear.
EVALUATING:
This code will give the player the link to a website with a quiz that will evaluate his/her knowledge learned in the game in a funny way. We divided the quiz into two sections. In the first part the user will relate the elements of the James Webb telescope to its functionality
Space Agency Data
All data used in our game was gathered from NASA, since it represented the James Webb's space telescope using a picture and describing each of the main parts.
It helped us to come up with the idea of learning piece by piece for understanding how does the world's best space telescope work and the importance of developing each individual piece to create the whole project.
Hackathon Journey
Space apps experience was enjoyable because we discover our talents and we participated with our friends. We learn how to collaborate and take abroad a great project that can help kids who want to learn a the James Webb Telescope. Our inspiration was that we wanted to teach new generations how this telescope impacted.
Since we started the brainstorm our main objective was to create an interactive and fun game able to to educate and show kids how does technology help us get to know our amazing universe.
