Challenge:

The international space station is considered a great skywatching target. It is a sizable spaceship in Earth's orbit to observe space, therefore ISS is very essential in the space preserved by the NASA agency, but what is the challenge we face with ISS?

Many space station trackers already exist, but they aren’t of high quality, for example, most of these trackers lack the feature of 3D. That means that the station appears as a dot or in the form of 2D that isn’t with high capabilities for using and identifying the exact place. Users will benefit a lot when there is a web that is a tracker for the ISS, is in 3D, and provides interactive, space station, 3D imaginations, and the space station itself. That is what we attempt to make in our solution.  

Solution :

Creating a website that contain prototype of planet earth in 3D, showing all the landforms and the atmosphere layers so that dedicating the location of the ISS will be more accurate due to the three-dimensional shape, in addition, the developed coordinates of the selected solution, from the scratch the website which contains all of these details depends on computer science, software engineering, as a result, we decided to create it by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (mainly),  so the steps of the established are :

1-building basis HTML website

2- improving design with CSS

3-building a 3d globe object

4-adding coordinates on the object

5-improving globe quality

6-adding 3d (ISS)

7-repositioning the (ISS) object

8-scrapping real-time (ISS) data from an API

9-linking scraped data to (ISS) object

10-adding data representations.
