Ad Astra Per Aspera has received the following awards and nominations. Way to go!
We have developed a learning tool demonstrating stellar variability. We have developed our learning tool using the script coding method, Unreal Engine 4 as well as blueprint. We have placed about 10.000 star materials in the sky for the first level. The student will have the opportunity to observe the variability of stars as their positions change and their brightness increases and decreases. There are 7 constellations on the second level of the learning tool we have designed. As the students tap on the names of the constellations, each constellation will become more prominent by increasing its brightness. Using this approach, the student will learn the types and names of the constellations.
As Ad Astra Per Aspera team, we have developed a learning tool demonstrating stellar variability, the position of stars in the sky and the types of constellations in Twinkle, Little Star Challenge. We have prepared the design and operation of our learning tool digitally on computer-based study using the script coding method, Unreal Engine 4 and blueprint. The learning tool we have designed consists of two levels. About 10.000 star materials have been placed for the first level in order to provide students with the opportunity to observe and examine the stars in the sky just like in real life. As the student passes each day respectively, they will notice the variability of the stars as their brightness increases and decreases. At the same time, he will have the opportunity to observe how the stars change their positions. There are 7 constellations in the second level. As the students tap on the names of the constellations, each constellation will become more prominent by increasing its brightness. Following this way, the student will have the opportunity to learn the types and names of the constellations.
We used https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/W3Browse/all/gcvs.html space agency data on the preparation of the constellations at level 2 in our project.

Space App was a tough but fun competition. We had an opportunity to learn a lot about Unreal Engine. Also, the big prize at the end was very inspiring to choose this challenge. While we were developing this project, our intention was to give people the opportunity to observe the real-life sky and learn about the types of constellations, the variability of the stars and their changing positions. Our team has resolved the setbacks and difficulties by staying calm and working cooperatively. I would like to thank all our coaches and teammates for their contributions.

The stars above are constantly changing, but usually these changes are too slow or too faint for the eye to see. Your challenge is to develop a learning tool to teach people about stellar variability and help them understand how dynamic the night sky really is!
