WHAT DOES IT DO?

Starbooks is the future of space travel. We created a simple application that enables travelers to reserve or book their choice of star systems. Whether it is a vacation, an important event like wedding, birthdays, reunions, you name it! Starbooks got it all for you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once signed in, Space Travelers are welcomed to a beautiful interface where they can search their favorite star and reserve for a booking. The user also has the capability to choose their check-in and check-out date. And also indicate whether they are going solo, pair or group.

WHAT BENEFITS DOES IT HAVE?

Not only that travelers can reserve their stars for a wonderful vacation. Users can also learn a lot about the stars they are going to, such as brief descriptions of stars, variability, distance, and location.

WHAT DO WE HOPE TO ACHIEVE?

Our hopes are to make a fun and exciting app for all. We want to show the world what could be the future of humanity if we achieved the technologies needed for space travel. Back at early times, we thought that it's impossible to circle the world with just a small amount of time. But here we are travelling in the sky like nothing. If we can ignore our differences and beliefs, we can also achieve something great like this. Although we hope that we can see this happening on our lifetime, it's still not too bad to serve as the foundation and inspiration for the future endeavors of humankind. Tschuss!

Hackathon Journey

It was a very wonderful journey, although we're only two members, we still achieved something that we can be proud of. The hardest part is conceptualizing an idea, but once we had the grasp of what we want to do, we are able to use our limited time to create something special. And we hope that we are able to inspire someone with our work and maybe one day they can take us to the stars!
