NASA Space Apps was hosted in Qalioubiah state for the first time in 2021 by Horizons team when we could, with our success partners, build a fantastic community of NASA Space Apps which made us the 4th biggest local hackathon in the world.
Horizons team hosts Space Apps Benha. This student activity aims to help high school and university students improve their skills and gain experience in their fields.
This year's event will take place at Benha University in person!

Justice:
We have a strict policy in selecting judges for each project. We cooperate with the Egyptian Association for Science and Engineering to design the best Judging system to grant justice to all participants. Also, all of our judges are Ph.D. holders.

Besides our proud global nominees, we believe that many other teams deserve to be honored, so we cooperate with our sponsors to provide seven local prizes for seven different projects in addition to the prizes for global nominees and people choice award.
