Once you’ve registered, keep an eye out in your Space Apps inbox for messages from me, Martin, your Birmingham Local Lead. (Login to your account and select “My Account” in the menu bar. You’ll see a link to “Communications” on the right-hand side.) I will keep you updated as more information becomes available. Log in prior to the hackathon to join the chat rooms and start forming teams.

LOCATION 📍

For this years event, we are pleased to announce an in-person event. Yes - you read that correctly!

The hackathon will be held physically and virtually, we're looking forward to witnessing the interaction of our innovators.

• You can participate ON SITE if you wish at STEAM House Birmingham City University - Belmont works, 4 Belmont Row, Birmingham B4 7RQ, UK.
• You can participate ONLINE, from anywhere in the world, whilst being immersed in an online experience of the event, where you can follow the on-site activities through a live stream and communicate with the teams seamlessly.

Your local leads will be on Discord throughout to help with any questions you may have.

We have awards eligible for Global Nomination, as well as Local Awards and a lot of surprises! Every participant goes away with new friendships, acquired skills, a bigger network, and a certificate!
